MODE 1 (seconds and milliseconds)

This mode allows you to have feedback every length on how well you are keeping the set time, by hearing a beep every time when you touch the wall. The rest is most often 1 full beep, that makes it super individual based on your CSS!

MODE 2 (minutes and seconds )

This mode is used mostly in Red Mist sessions, where the rest is calculated into your 50-meter CCS time. I.e the RM5 means that 5 seconds is added to your 50m pace.

The rest you get is how much you beat the pacer and starting the interval at the following beep. Because you are using interval time the pacing is more based how you are feeling and testing your pacing skill when you are aiming to swim at certain effort.

MODE 3 (strokes per minute)

A classical metronome for stroke rate. It is stroke rate per minute, not per length. A great opportunity to work with your rhythm, especially for the long-distance sets where the fatigue will change the stroke mechanics.

If you have been trying to over-lengthen your stroke, then it is also a great tool to gain back some optimal rhythm, encouraging the catch and pull phase after entry.
