Summer 25/26 holiday program

I know quite a few of you have races coming up from January onwards and would like to keep ticking along with your training over the holidays.


I’ve put together a holiday swim program to give you some structure while keeping things fun, varied, and low-stress. It’s there to help you stay in touch with the water, keep your fitness moving, and avoid that “first week back shock” — without taking over your holiday.


If you’re missing any pool gear, have a look at what we’ve got in the Swim Smooth Auckland Shop just for squad members. I’ve got small numbers available and can organise pickup if needed.



No pressure, no guilt — swim when you can, enjoy the break, and keep it light.
