Summer 23/24 holiday program

I know quite a few have races coming up from January onwards and would like to keep up some training over the holidays.

I have prepared a holiday program to help keep your pool sets over the holiday fun, interesting and challenging. If you're missing any pool tools/equipment, check out what we have available just for squad members (Swim Smooth Auckland Shop). I've got small quantities on hand and can arrange for pick up if required.
