Strength Endurance - 6pm Monday
The focus of this session is to build your endurance and swim specific strength, to increase your durability which is key for any long distance swimming. Together with proper pacing skill, we will be adding paddles to help to produce more force. There will be a focus on good technique, to ensure you are engaging the correct muslces and to help keep you injury free. There session is for all abilities, but is especially useful for swimmers looking to enjoy open water events.
Any cancellations for a booked squad session, video analysis or one to one coaching has to be done at least ten (10) hours in advance in order to receive a refund. All session credits must be used prior to the expiry date.
