SHORT Red Mist/Long Endurance -5.30am


The shorter version of our infamous “Red Mist” Long Endurance Session, you could call it ''Pink Mist''. Despite being shorter it is still full of ‘body’ and a great way to build up your strong swimming endurance pace. In this session you will find both shorter and longer distances (up to 800m) that will challenge your fitness if you wanna get ready for your longer swim distances or triathlon races. Also it is a great stepping stone for newer squad members before they join in ''Red Mist''. This session is for you if you have been swimming in the squad environment and speed is higher than 2.15/100.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations for a booked squad session, video analysis or one to one coaching has to be done at least ten (10) hours in advance in order to receive a refund. All session credits must be used prior to the expiry date.
