Mixed up Monday - 5.30am Monday
This sessions is a great one to ease into the week. We'll tune up the stroke a little then kick things off with some efforts that leave you ready to face the week. The first part of the session will focus a couple key technique aspects as we have done very Monday, before we include either short sprint sets or focus on good technique over longer reps. This a great session to get a bit of a taste how our squads are running. All abilities welcome. Awesome if you can bring along the following toys: •Fins •Pull Bouy •Paddles We have a small selection that can be borrowed but recommend purchasing them as these are key to all our training sessions.
Any cancellations for a booked squad session, video analysis or one to one coaching has to be done at least ten (10) hours in advance in order to receive a refund. All session credits must be used prior to the expiry date.
